Who we are

Omnify Labs Ltd is the data controller for the information described below. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17389917, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@omnifylabs.co.uk.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect: your name, email address, company name, and message. We also optionally collect project type, budget range and currency, and target timeline if you choose to provide them.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to respond to your project enquiry. We use it only to understand your needs and evaluate whether we're a good fit for your work.

Our legal basis for using it

For enquiries, contact details and everything you tell us about the project: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and where an enquiry does not lead to a contract, our legitimate interest in answering people who ask us about work and keeping a record of what was discussed (Article 6(1)(f)). For analytics and advertising: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you give or refuse in the banner and can withdraw at any time. We do not ask for, and have no basis to process, special category data — please don't send us any.

How we deliver it

Your submission is sent to us via email using Resend as our email service. The information arrives in our inbox at hello@omnifylabs.co.uk, where we review it and decide whether to reach back out to discuss your project.

Where it is stored

Alongside the email, each enquiry is written to a database so that a delivery failure cannot silently lose it. Those records are deleted automatically after 90 days. We also record which campaign or search brought you to the site, where that information was present in the link you followed.

How long we keep it

Stored enquiry records are deleted automatically after 90 days. The email itself we keep as ordinary business correspondence, for as long as it is useful for record-keeping about work we did or discussed.

Analytics and cookies

Nothing that is not strictly necessary is stored on your device unless you agree to it. If you accept, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand which pages bring in work, and advertising tags to measure whether our ads produce enquiries. If you decline, those are not loaded and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The cost estimator

The estimator on our pricing page has a box where you can describe your project in your own words. If you use it, that description is sent to OpenAI, which reads it and classifies it into the same five options the questions ask — the price itself is worked out by our own code, never by the model. Please do not put personal details, client names or anything confidential in that box: a sentence about what you want built is all it needs. The description is not stored by us, and it is only sent when you use that box. The five-question version of the estimator sends nothing anywhere.

Who else processes it

Resend delivers the email, Upstash stores the enquiry records, Vercel hosts the site, Cal.com handles bookings, OpenAI classifies a project description if you use the estimator's free-text box, and — only with your consent — Google and Meta provide analytics and advertising measurement. Some of these process data outside the UK, including in the United States.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to ask us to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to any use we base on legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done before you did. Email hello@omnifylabs.co.uk with your request. Please include the reference from your acknowledgement email if you have it, as that is what lets us find the record quickly. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first — hello@omnifylabs.co.uk — so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
