What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website. Project work is governed by the written proposal and quotation you receive before any work starts. That document, not this page, defines scope, price, timeline and ownership for your project.

Quotes and pricing

The prices on this site are indicative starting ranges, not offers. Your quote is fixed in a written proposal before work begins, and nothing is billable until you have accepted it in writing.

Ownership

On final payment for a project, you own the deliverables we build for you: code, content, designs and the accounts they live in, as set out in your proposal. We may retain and reuse general knowledge, techniques and open-source components.

This website

The content on this site is provided in good faith and for general information. We update it as our services and prices evolve, and we may change it at any time. The Omnify Labs name and mark are ours; please don't reuse them without asking.

Liability

We're not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this website's content. For project work, liability terms are set out in your written proposal.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the courts of England and Wales.
