How do I know what it'll cost before you build it?
We scope first. You get a written specification with a fixed price against it. The price only moves if the scope moves — and that happens in writing too.
Do we own the software?
Yes. Code, data, hosting accounts — all yours. If we fell out tomorrow, your system keeps running without us.
Can it connect to what we already use?
Usually. A system like this can sync its invoices straight into your accounts platform for the accountant. CRMs, calendars and payment systems have similar connection points.
