Hallwood Lettings

The problem

Lettings agents lose instructions on the landlord page and lose tenants on fees. Both are compliance-heavy and both are usually a PDF link.

What we built

• Eight property listings with gallery, spec, fact table, move-in costs, viewing form and similar listings
• A filter rail with a price-pin map, view switching, sorting and an empty state that says what to change
• Three landlord fee tiers and a nine-row compliance table, published rather than linked
• A tenant guide with the permitted-payments table and an explicit list of what is never charged

Where it landed

The demo for any business where the regulated detail is the sell. It carries its own demonstration notice in the footer, because listings that read as offers to let would not be acceptable otherwise.
