The problem

A garage does not need a brochure, it needs a diary. The job is to get from “when is my MOT due” to a booked slot without the customer phoning, and without the garage losing the booking because a form emailed itself into a spam folder.

What we built

• A registration lookup against the DVLA and DVSA shapes, running on sample data until keys are added
• A four-step booking flow with a confirmation reference, working without JavaScript
• Every price on one page, because a garage that hides prices loses the search
• Twelve service pages, statically generated from one data file
• Four verification scripts — accessibility, a route audit, an API smoke test including idempotency and rate limits, and a real browser journey

Where it landed

The demo we point at when someone asks whether a booking flow can be both accessible and hard to break. It ships with the evidence rather than the claim: the scripts are in the repo and they are what produced those numbers.
